DECORATE YOUR WINDOWS FOR THE WIZARD OF OZ FESTIVAL!
Lakeshore Festival & Events, Inc. announces a Window Decorating Contest for our retail businesses at this year’s Wizard of Oz Festival September 16-18. The contest is open to all businesses in Chesterton, Porter, Beverly Shores, Burns Harbor and Dune Acres.
It’s easy to enter and it’s FREE! Decorate your windows reflecting the 2005 Oz theme: “Dorothy and the Scarecrow Meet the Tin Man on the Yellow Brick Road”. So all you have to do is get busy and start your creative juices flowing.
Applications may be picked up at the Chesterton/Duneland Chamber of Commerce, Porter County Tourism Center, Westchester Public Library, by visiting the website at www.wizardofozfestival.org or by calling (219) 983-1691. Judging will take place during the week of September 5th. So have your windows ready!!! Have fun and good luck!
